Our goal for this client engagement center is to set you, your team, and your organization up for success by helping you drive customer adoption of your new Customer Portal. Using the helpful guides and resources within this center, we'll walk you through the necessary phases and steps to set up, and then launch your personalized Customer Adoption Program.

 

Your Customer Adoption Program will have three (3) phases:

  1. Getting Started: Preparing your organization to launch a Customer Adoption Program.
  1. Invite & Engage: Utilizing our best practices to invite customers to your Customer Portal.
  1. Ongoing Success: Ensuring your customers continue accessing your Customer Portal and pay digitally.
